Privacy policy

What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts or sign-ups. The only information we receive is:

• When you email us: your email address and what you write.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as your IP address so it can deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your email address and message only to reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information, and we never use it for advertising. Emails you send us pass through Cloudflare, which forwards them to our inbox, and our email provider stores them for us. They handle your email only to provide those services. We would share information with anyone else only if the law required us to.

Children

This website is for parents and guardians, and for students aged 13 or older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.

How long we keep it

We keep your emails until you ask us to delete them, or for two years after we last heard from you, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@miaeducationlab.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Where it is stored

Emails are stored by our email provider, whose servers may be outside your state or country.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will email you first.
